Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping cost

Standard tracked shipping: $4.95 per order.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are packed and shipped by our fulfillment partner within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays or because of carrier delays.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Duties and taxes

Any applicable sales taxes are shown at checkout. We do not expect additional import duties for orders shipped within the United States; if any are charged, contact us and we will help.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 10 days or your parcel has not arrived within 25 business days, email support@emelsy.com and we will send a replacement or refund your order.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
